- All shipping is Free, including insurance. For products price lower than $800, it takes 5-8 business days to deliver once the production is done; For products price equals to or higher than $800, it takes 3-4 business days to deliver once production is done. Shipping fee might be charged when faster delivery needed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Kindly note that Ojewelries LLC does not accept exchange or refunds on any special orders or custom made products. Special order or Custom making pieces are final sale.
- Non custom made jewelry can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 10 days of purchase, in new and unworn condition, in the original box or pouch. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Cash refunds are issued by check. Or, it can be exchanged or returned in the form of a merchandise credit.
- All Sale merchandise is final, no refund or exchange can be made.
