Refund policy

• Kindly note that Ojewelries LLC does not accept exchange or refunds on any special orders or custom made products. Special order of Custom pieces are final sale.
• Non custom made jewelry can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 10 days of purchase, in new and unworn condition, in the original box or pouch. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Cash refunds are issued by check; or, it can be exchanged or returned in the form of a merchandise credit.
• All Sale merchandise is final, no refund or exchange can be made.
